Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • Tours will not be cancelled due to normal rain. Tours will be cancelled under the following conditions. If the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a warning for areas south of central Kushiro, or if the water level of the Kushiro River (Shibecha) reaches a dangerous level, all tours will be cancelled. If a tour is cancelled due to bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
