Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The tour will proceed in light rain, but will be canceled in case of heavy rain. If we can predict bad weather in advance, we will contact you by phone at least two hours before the tour starts. (No cancellation fee will be charged.)

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ◆Riding Conditions◆ 〇Ages 16 to approximately 70. (If a minor is participating alone, a consent form from a guardian must be completed in advance.) 〇Weight between 45kg and less than 118kg (including clothing and luggage) 〇During the ride, the tour guide will provide instructions and warnings about operating the Segway via speaker and intercom, so you must be able to communicate smoothly with the tour guide in Japanese. (※If you require any special accommodations or considerations, please be sure to consult us in advance.) 〇You must cooperate with safe operation and follow the instructions of the tour guide. 〇You must not be under the influence of alcohol or pregnant. You must not have difficulty walking. You must not have any disabilities that would hinder your riding. You must not be accompanied by pets or infants. (The Segway is a single-seater.) ※Please note that if you do not meet the conditions, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation on the day of the tour.

(You can download photos taken by the guide for free.) ・The tour may be canceled at short notice due to equipment, guide issues, or other circumstances. (There is no cancellation fee if the tour is canceled due to the organizer's reasons.) ・The tour may be extended by up to 30 minutes depending on how it progresses, so please plan your activities after the tour with some leeway. *The maximum number of participants per session is 8.
