1. Late Night Hours: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Nighttime surcharge: 5,000 Yen/hour.
2. Airport Pickup: The driver will wait for 90 minutes free of charge based on the actual flight arrival time. Waiting times exceeding 90 minutes will incur a waiting fee of 2,000 Yen per half hour. If you are aware of a flight delay in advance, please notify customer service so we can try to coordinate with the driver. If you do not notify customer service, the driver will wait at the normal flight time and the waiting fee will apply.
3. One-way: 30 minutes free waiting time. Waiting times exceeding 30 minutes will incur a waiting fee of 2,000 Yen per half hour.
4. Airport Drop-off: 30 minutes free waiting time. Waiting times exceeding 30 minutes will incur a waiting fee of 2,000 Yen per half hour. If you miss your flight due to lateness, you will be responsible for the cost.
Vehicle type cannot be specified in advance and will be arranged on-site.
If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund. Please be aware of this.

After placing your order, please add customer service in a timely manner to facilitate communication regarding your itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information one day before departure (provided no later than 3 hours before your ride). Please note that you should wait for the driver at the airport or hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
Any additional charges should be paid to the driver on-site. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe; no compensation will be provided for any damage.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, please be sure to contact customer service or KKday customer service in advance. If you do not receive a notification or cannot be contacted, it will be considered a cancellation of your trip, and no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.
Please arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time to wait for the driver. If you miss your flight due to personal reasons (such as being late), you will be responsible for the consequences. Drivers who speak Chinese or Japanese will be assigned randomly.
