Course Features
- There will be no staff accompanying you on the Shinkansen, but staff will be waiting for you at Echigo-Yuzawa Station.
- This is a plan where you will issue and collect your Shinkansen tickets yourself using the station's ticket vending machine before departure.
- In the unlikely event that you miss your scheduled Shinkansen, you may use non-reserved seating on subsequent trains. (Bound for Echigo-Yuzawa)

- By 2 days before departure, we will provide the two numbers required to issue your Shinkansen tickets via the KKday 'Message Management' system.
- JR Authentication Number (11 digits)
- JR Reception Number (4 digits)
- JR Shinkansen tickets can be issued at JR station ticket vending machines. Please refer to the images below for the procedure.

How to Issue JR Shinkansen Tickets *Please note that Shinkansen tickets cannot be cancelled once issued, so we recommend purchasing your ticket on the day of travel.
The snowmobile experience will be conducted with an instructor. Please rest assured that you will be given instructions on how to use the equipment before departure.
Purchase Notice
- No staff will accompany you while you are on the Shinkansen.
- Please purchase your Shinkansen ticket yourself at the ticket vending machine at the station, and then board the train after receiving and issuing your ticket.
- You will receive a message from the operator via KKday's "Message Management" two days before your departure regarding your customer number, which is required to issue your Shinkansen ticket.
- Regarding cancellation due to bad weather: If the tour is cancelled due to weather or other force majeure, we will refund the full participation fee. We will contact you regarding the decision on cancellation starting two days before the departure date.
- Important points to note when boarding and departing the JR Shinkansen
1. Please be sure to check the JR Shinkansen train schedule and ski resort conditions before departing.
2. The JR Joetsu Shinkansen schedule changes depending on the date, so please check the latest schedule before traveling.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please dress warmly. For your comfort, please wear appropriate winter clothing.
If you have ski wear, you are welcome to wear it. If you do not have suitable clothing, we will provide it on site.
A neck warmer will keep your neck warm. It can get cold when riding a snowmobile.
Drinks will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Regarding cancellation due to bad weather: If the tour is cancelled due to weather or other force majeure, we will refund the full participation fee. We will contact you by the day before the departure date regarding the decision to cancel.
If you do not have ski wear or other winter clothing, gloves, hats, boots or other shoes suitable for walking on snowy roads, goggles, etc., they are available for rental on-site. However, we recommend that you prepare these items in advance as the size may not fit.
Children must ride with an adult. There are no children's snowmobiles.
Please note that children under the age of 5 are not permitted to join the tour.
