If the private charter car time on the day of travel exceeds the time originally confirmed during the consultation (including traffic conditions such as traffic jams), an additional overtime fee must be paid to the driver on-site.

On the day of your trip, to ensure a smoother journey, the driver will suggest a return time based on current traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware of this.

The pick-up time on the day of the trip will be based on the itinerary time confirmed before departure. If the guest is late, the driver will suggest shortening the trip accordingly. If the guest chooses not to shorten the trip and incurs overtime, an overtime fee will be charged.

If you need to make any changes to your itinerary, please submit your application at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.

When private charter car for multiple days, you need to pay the driver's overnight fee on the day of departure. Multi-day tours only provide transportation arrangements; accommodation, attraction tickets, meals, and other expenses are the responsibility of the traveler. Please note.

If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit on the day of travel, additional charges may be incurred or service may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given.
