Japanese tea comes in many varieties, with characteristics that change depending on the production area, cultivation method, and manufacturing process. The tea handled by Nobata Chaho includes 'Fuji no Yabukita,' characterized by its slender, glossy leaves, high fragrance, pale golden color, elegant sweetness, and moderate astringency. We mainly handle tea leaves from the two famous major brands produced locally in Gifu Prefecture: 'Mino Ibi Tea' and 'Mino Shirakawa Tea,' known for their mellow, uniquely deep flavor and high fragrance, along with teas from various other regions.
