Product Info

  • The most popular airboarding experience this winter is held in the Oumino region of Gifu Prefecture [Takayama City]. Airboarding is a winter outdoor experience where you can learn to 'turn', 'stop', and 'steer' freely after a simple lecture! Even beginners to winter sports can participate with peace of mind and have fun. Our complimentary tour photos (data) (1 per group) are very popular. The sense of speed as you slide just above the snow surface and the sight of you kicking up snow spray are full of impact. Since you slide while lying down, there is zero fear of falling like in skiing or snowboarding. Even for first-timers, you will surely be carving beautiful tracks on the slopes before you know it!! This is a super rare snow activity that is still held in very few places in Japan.
  • It is not just about sliding down a silver slope! An airboard tour full of fun.
  • Challenge the courses you would normally ski on with an airboard! Start from gentle slopes and, as you improve, slide to your heart's content on steep slopes and bumpy uncompressed snow courses! You can enjoy an immersive sliding experience with your eyes close to the pure white snowy slope. It is not just about sliding; it is also full of playful elements! We have prepared various props and programs, such as airboard tunnel crawling and the Snow Flag Championship, so you can improve while having fun like in a game.
  • Beginners can also enjoy it with peace of mind! Programs tailored to the participant's level.
  • The ski resort is broadly divided into uncompressed snow zones and compressed snow zones. Since the uncompressed snow zones have terrain that is difficult for skiers and snowboarders to enter, you can slide without stress while avoiding crowds. Since Shokawa Kogen Ski Resort is relatively uncrowded, you can enjoy long course runs if you use the open space wisely.
  • Only Tripper offers airboarding at 'Shokawa Kogen Ski Resort'.
  • Tripper is the only airboard guide service authorized by 'Shokawa Kogen Ski Resort'. We have received permission from the ski resort to slide on all courses.
