- CHILDREN POLICY (based on the year of birth) -
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (maximum 1 child per 2 adults). The second child will be charged 50% of the adult rate and will share a bed with parents.
- Children from 5 to 10 years old: 75% of the adult rate (sharing bed with parents), 90% of the adult rate (extra bed provided)
- Children from 11 years old and above: Charged at 100% of the adult rate
- HOLIDAY SURCHARGE -
- Peak Season Surcharge: VND 500,000 per guest, applicable on public holidays including September 2 (National Day), and during Lunar New Year (from Lunar New Year’s Eve to the 3rd day of Tet).
- Gala Dinner Surcharge: VND 1,200,000 per guest, applicable on December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve).
