★ If the rental period falls between 22:00 and 07:00, a night service fee will be charged. The night fee and child seat/booster seat fees are payable on the product page; overtime fees are payable by the traveler on-site.
★ On the day of the trip, the driver will suggest return time and order of attractions based on traffic conditions and weather to ensure the trip can be completed within the private charter car time. If the passenger insists on maintaining the original route, resulting in overtime, the passenger shall bear the overtime fee.
★ The tour only includes pick-up and drop-off and does not include professional guided tours. The driver can provide basic advice, but this does not include explanations or accompanying the driver into the museum.
★ Pick-up and drop-off locations must be within the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo's 23 wards). Pick-up and drop-off locations in other areas may incur additional distance charges and require prior approval for feasibility.
★ Please fill in the correct information when placing your order, including the number of passengers, the quantity and size of luggage, and the requirement for child seats. If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service and will not provide a refund.

Vehicle cleaning fee
To ensure service quality and vehicle cleanliness, eating, drinking, and littering are prohibited inside the vehicle.
If the vehicle becomes dirty due to eating or littering, a cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will be charged (payable on-site).
If the vehicle becomes severely dirty due to motion sickness, gastrointestinal discomfort, or other reasons, a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged (payable on-site).
Overtime service fee
Overtime fee for a 7-seater comfortable cabin is ¥4400 per hour (payable on-site). Overtime fee for a 10-seater comfortable cabin is ¥6600 per hour (payable on-site). Any time less than one hour will be calculated as one hour.
Cross-regional service fee
Pick-up and drop-off areas outside the 23 wards of Tokyo will incur an additional cross-ward service fee (the fee varies depending on the location; please contact customer service promptly).
If you require accommodation in areas such as Hakone, Fuji, Izu, Karuizawa, or Nikko, please deduct approximately 2 hours for the driver's round-trip travel time.
