- If you have alcohol in your system on the day of your dive, we may not be able to guide you on the dive. Please be careful not to drink alcohol the day before. You may not be able to dive due to past medical history. Please be sure to read the PADI medical history certificate. If there are any applicable items, we ask that you submit a medical certificate in accordance with the "PADI prescribed medical certificate." Minors will need a parental consent form.
