This is a round-trip ticket, so the QR code must be scanned at the ticket gates of both the up ropeway (base of the mountain) and the down ropeway (summit). Please be careful not to lose the QR code until you have completed your round-trip journey.
If a representative person is holding up the QR code tickets for everyone in turn, they may have to wait and may go through the ticket gate after those with individual tickets.
If you are traveling with others, please share the ticket (QR code) you received with them on their mobile devices via email or screenshot before coming to the venue, or print it out on paper using your home printer and bring one for each person on the day of your visit.
This plan does not allow priority boarding.
One child under the age of 6 may travel free of charge per adult. If there are more than one child, the child fare will be charged. Infants aged 0-2 may travel free of charge.
Please note that refunds will not be given if visibility is poor due to fog or snow.
It takes about 5 minutes for the system to reflect the changes, so please refrain from purchasing tickets just before entering the ticket gate.
Due to bad weather or maintenance of facilities and equipment, the service may be suspended for the entire day or opening hours may be changed. Please check the official website in advance before visiting.
