Flight Delay Notice

Please notify customer service immediately if your flight is delayed.

If the booking cannot be used due to a delay or cancellation of the first leg of the connecting flight, the order is non-refundable and non-changeable.

For flights arriving on time or delayed by up to 2 hours: the driver will wait for 90 minutes free of charge from the time of landing.

Early arrival of flight: The driver will pick up the plane no later than the original scheduled time of the order.

For flights delayed by more than 2 hours: a vehicle will be rescheduled depending on the situation; if a vehicle cannot be rescheduled, the order can be cancelled without penalty.

If the delay results in overtime or arrival at night, the overtime fee and night fee must be paid to the driver in person.

Airport pick-up process

If you have not purchased the sign-holding service, the driver will wait in the parking lot, and you will need to wait at the temporary stop for 5 to 15 minutes (the time may vary slightly depending on the size of the airport).

If a sign-holding service is available, the driver will park the vehicle and wait at the arrival hall or exit with a sign in hand, as directed by the driver.
