1. The number of passengers and luggage must not be misrepresented during the trip. If there is not enough room for luggage, the passengers will need to make their own arrangements.
2. You cannot specify the driver's language or international language. If there is a communication barrier, the driver will use translation software to communicate.
3. When placing an order, please provide the number of passengers, the number of pieces of luggage, and their dimensions. The default size for luggage in the package is 24 inches. If you have pets, please inform customer service in advance.
4. The vehicle images on this page are for reference only; the actual vehicle model shall prevail. If you specify Alphard, the default model will be the Alphard 1. If the vehicle model does not match, please keep your receipt and contact customer service.
5. For rides between 22:00 local time and 07:00 the next day, which are considered overtime work for the driver, a night service fee will apply. The customer service quote does not include the night service fee by default.
6. Child seat fee: Japan and Taiwan are the first to offer free child seats.
7. The quoted price is based on a point-to-point single pick-up and drop-off service by default. If you need to add an address or have other requirements, please inform us when you inquire.
8. Services such as holding up signs to pick up passengers at the airport, assisting with hotel check-in, assisting with check-in procedures, and carrying luggage up and down stairs will incur additional service fees.
9. The driver will provide service according to the order details. If the order details do not match the itinerary, please notify customer service 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the driver has the right to refuse service and the fare will not be refunded.
10. Please contact customer service promptly if your flight is delayed. If the original car service cannot be used due to a delay or cancellation of the first leg of your connecting flight, the order cannot be refunded or changed. If the flight arrives on time or is delayed by up to 2 hours, the driver will wait for 90 minutes free of charge based on the flight's landing time. If the flight arrives early, the driver will pick you up at the original scheduled time. If the flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, we will reschedule for you based on the actual situation. If a new driver cannot be arranged, the order will be cancelled without penalty. If there is overtime or the flight delay results in arrival at night, please pay the driver's overtime fee and night service fee in person.
11. For airport pick-up services, temporary parking is not permitted for extended periods. The driver will wait in the parking lot until the passenger has collected their luggage. The journey from the parking lot to the temporary parking spot may take 5-15 minutes, depending on the airport's size and layout. If a sign-holding pick-up service is added, the driver will park in the parking lot and wait with a sign in the arrivals hall or exit. Specific procedures will be provided by the driver.
12. If the address you selected cannot be reached due to transportation factors, you will be delivered to the nearest location as appropriate. Please refer to the "Service Description" section of the itinerary confirmation for details.
13. For airport transfers, it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours in advance for international flights. Please make reasonable arrangements as customer service cannot make decisions for you. In case of holidays or other special circumstances, it is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour in advance to avoid traffic congestion or check-in queues.
14. Any price differences arising from changes to the order type, itinerary, or travel time, as well as vehicle ferry fees and tickets to the island or across the sea, personal expenses, and any other unmentioned costs, must be paid to the driver on the spot. Otherwise, the driver has the right to refuse service, and the order will not be refunded or changed. If you have any questions about the fees, please contact customer service or keep your receipts and contact customer service after the trip.
15. Please abide by local traffic regulations and fasten your seatbelt after boarding the vehicle.
16. Please check your luggage and valuables when getting on and off the vehicle. If anything is missing, please contact the driver or customer service immediately.
17. Please take care of the vehicle's interior environment when using it. Do not eat or drink inside the vehicle to avoid affecting subsequent passengers. If the vehicle is damaged, you will need to pay for the car wash or repair fees.
