Our dim sum chefs have gone through countless trials and errors to create homemade Xiaolongbao that are meticulously crafted from the skin, filling, and soup! In addition to the classics, our truffle Xiaolongbao and crab miso Xiaolongbao are made with premium ingredients, giving them a luxurious feel!
This Singapore-style chicken rice is incredibly moist thanks to its "low-temperature cooking" technique! There are three types of sauce available, with the most popular being a refreshing green onion and ginger sauce! This is a recommended menu item only available at lunchtime!
Dai's Tom Yum Kung is served in a clay pot! Enjoy it piping hot! The soup, made with shrimp head stock and coconut milk, has just the right amount of spiciness, making it perfect for drinking! Squeezing lime into the soup midway through adds a refreshing acidity that's addictive, making it a classic ethnic dish.
