The total mileage for private charter car is limited to 300 kilometers. If the mileage exceeds this limit, an extra mileage fee of 300 yen per kilometer will be charged.
The private charter car period is 10 hours (including normal travel time). If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 6,000 yen per hour will be charged.
According to Japanese law, 19-seater vehicles must not exceed 500 km of total daily mileage (including return mileage) and must not exceed 11 hours of total driving time.
If the departure and arrival points are not located within Nagoya city, an additional fee of 10,000 yen or more will be charged each time, depending on the distance.
If you require a child seat, please specify when placing your order. The first child safety seat is provided free of charge; the second child seat costs 2000 yen (a child seat occupies 1-1.5 seats).
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the start time of your ride. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
