If a passenger's lateness causes a delay to the trip, the passenger can choose to shorten the trip or retain the trip and pay the corresponding overtime service fee.
To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the day's traffic conditions.
If the service time exceeds ten hours, an overtime service fee of 5000 yen per hour will be charged, with any fraction of an hour counted as a full hour. Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
An additional fee of 10,000 yen is required if the driver needs to get out of the car and accompany you on the tour.
Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses incurred. Please pay the driver in cash (Japanese Yen) at the end of the trip.
If there is vomiting, unpleasant odors, or other serious damage to the vehicle, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
The first child seat is provided free of charge; subsequent seats will incur an additional charge of 2,000 yen each.
To facilitate timely contact with the driver, please provide your communication software or telephone contact information before departure.
No refund will be given if you are unable to participate in or cancel the trip due to personal reasons, lateness, or other reasons.
Each vehicle type has passenger and luggage capacity limits. Please be sure to select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and luggage, and specify the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the capacity limit, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off, and no refund will be given.
If you are unable to complete your tour within the scheduled service time due to lateness, you can choose to continue the tour and pay the overtime fee, or choose to adjust your tour to shorten the tour time to the scheduled service time.
Please keep your valuables with you at all times and take good care of them during your trip. You will be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
If inclement weather or unforeseen events affect your trip, customer service will proactively notify you, and you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you encounter any force majeure event affecting your trip, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof; customer service will handle the matter accordingly.
