Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage (size restrictions apply). Luggage may need to be checked in the luggage compartment or placed on the seat.
Please make personal preparations for cold or heatstroke according to seasonal and weather changes.

This itinerary mainly provides Chinese commentary. If you need Japanese, English, or Korean commentary, please make a note when placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.
You may travel on the bus with other foreign tourists.
Depending on the number of people, the tour guide may also serve as the driver.
Seat assignments are not possible. If you have any special requests, please inform your tour guide on the day.
There are no toilet facilities on the bus.

◆Participation Restrictions◆
If you fail to arrive at the meeting time, it will be considered cancelled and you will depart as planned. Please be sure to confirm the meeting place and arrive on time.
Although there is a tour guide, no professional tour explanation is provided.
Each adult may bring one child aged 0-2 years free of charge, but no seat or meal will be provided. If a seat or meal is required, please register at the adult rate.
◆Other matters◆
Due to traffic conditions, weather, etc., the itinerary sequence, departure and arrival times, and length of stay may be adjusted.
If you are unable to connect to public transportation due to a delay in your arrival, you will be responsible for any transportation costs such as taxi fares and accommodation expenses incurred.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, our staff will notify the relevant personnel of the major booking platforms by phone or email. If no notification is received, the event will proceed as scheduled.
Late arrivals or failure to participate in activities due to traffic delays etc. will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 22 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
