If the minimum number of participants is not reached, a cancellation notice will be sent by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a cancellation confirmation will be sent by email before 6:00 PM local time on the day before departure.
The itinerary is a group tour and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please leave a note and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final decision will be based on on-site availability.
The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people in the group and cannot be specified. For small groups, the driver may also be assigned as a tour guide, and the explanation will be brief.
If you require luggage, please inform us in advance. The tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding and forfeit any refunds if you bring unauthorized luggage. Eating and drinking are prohibited on the bus. Any damage caused will be subject to local compensation.

Seasonal events such as cherry blossom viewing, maple viewing, snowscapes, and fireworks displays are significantly affected by the weather, and the peak bloom and fall foliage season may be advanced or delayed. Even if the expected scenery is not achieved, the tour will still depart and no refunds will be given.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be waited for and you cannot join during the meeting.

After the trip has started, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded and the passenger will be required to bear the return trip or additional accommodation expenses.
During Japan's peak travel season on red days and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or early closures of tourist attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen or dinner for that evening, and to bring your own light meals and power banks.
