Day trips do not include personal travel and accident insurance. Please purchase these if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry their own risks and dangers. Please assess your own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any bodily harm or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.

We will contact you between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM the day before departure using the contact information you provided. If you haven't received this message, please check your email. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, a cancellation notice will be sent by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a cancellation confirmation will be sent by email before 6:00 PM local time on the day before departure.

The itinerary is a group tour and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please leave a note and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final decision will be based on on-site availability.

The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people in the group and cannot be specified. For small groups, the driver may also be assigned as a tour guide, and the explanation will be brief.

If you require luggage, please inform us in advance. The tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding and forfeit any refunds if you bring unauthorized luggage. Eating and drinking are prohibited on the bus. Any damage caused will be subject to local compensation.

Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles cannot be driven more than 10 hours a day. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges (ranging from 5,000–10,000 yen/hour).

The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stops, and tour duration may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or delete attractions based on actual circumstances.

If the cable car, cruise ship and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, the tour will be changed to other attractions or the length of stay will be adjusted.

No refund will be given for late arrival, change of meeting place or leaving the group due to personal reasons. Accidents and additional expenses after leaving the group will be borne by the participants.

The visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when visibility is low. It is recommended to confirm weather information before booking.

Seasonal events such as cherry blossom viewing, maple viewing, snowscapes, and fireworks displays are significantly affected by the weather, and the peak bloom and fall foliage season may be advanced or delayed. Even if the expected scenery is not achieved, the tour will still depart and no refunds will be given.

Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be waited for and you cannot join during the meeting.

It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.

The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance, so it is recommended that you purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks, so please register with caution based on your health status.

After the trip has started, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded and the passenger will be required to bear the return trip or additional accommodation expenses.

During Japan's peak travel season on red days and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or early closures of tourist attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen or dinner for that evening, and to bring your own light meals and power banks.
