The tour fee will be refunded after departure, deducting the incurred costs. In this case, group members are not allowed to object or demand compensation for any reason. Passengers are responsible for any losses or additional expenses resulting from the incident

  • The company, the driver, the tour leader and the tour guide will not be responsible for any loss of money or items caused by theft under any circumstances and at any place. Passengers should and are responsible for keeping any property and documents themselves

  • This trip is a group activity. If you want to leave the group during the trip due to personal reasons, please inform us in the remarks column when making the reservation or contact KKDAY customer service staff. On the day of joining the group, please submit a departure agreement to the tour guide before leaving the group. Uncompleted itineraries will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and no additional refunds will be made

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
