If the trip is canceled or suspended before departure due to special circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, war, coups, strikes, riots, government orders, etc., which cannot be attributed to the travel agency, a full refund will be issued. The tour fee will be refunded after departure, deducting the incurred costs. In this case, group members are not allowed to object or demand compensation for any reason. Passengers are responsible for any losses or additional expenses resulting from the incident
The company, the driver, the tour leader and the tour guide will not be responsible for any loss of money or items caused by theft under any circumstances and at any place. Passengers should and are responsible for keeping any property and documents themselves
This trip is a group activity. If you want to leave the group during the trip due to personal reasons, please inform us in the remarks column when making the reservation or contact KKDAY customer service staff. On the day of joining the group, please submit a departure agreement to the tour guide before leaving the group. Uncompleted itineraries will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and no additional refunds will be made
For the safety of all travelers and the rights of fellow group members, please inform us if you have chronic illnesses or mobility issues when registering
Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers over the age of 80 must be accompanied by family members or friends
Based on travel safety and itinerary smoothness, the company reserves the right and obligation to adjust the itinerary, modify activities or cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled, the full tour fee will be refunded

During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
