- High-speed rail reservations are open 28 days before the departure date, but the Marine Life Museum stipulates that cancellations within 28-31 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of NT$500 per person. In order to avoid the situation where the high-speed rail is not booked but the marine life museum fee is charged, the order will be booked after the high-speed rail opens and the ticket is booked before booking the marine life museum. Whether the sea life museum is available at that time will also be based on the reply. Please be informed.
- The sleeping area of the Marine Life Museum will be determined based on actual needs and will be subject to the museum's reply. Areas cannot be designated. Please be informed.
- Tickets will be sent by registered mail to the designated address 7 days before departure (only in Taiwan)
- Things to know about staying overnight at the Marine Life Museum:
- Please bring an extra set of clothes for children (there is a water play area outdoors)
- For families with children, please prepare a small flashlight (to provide lighting for the restroom at night)
- If there are children or the elderly participating, a family member must accompany them to take care of them
- Food: Breakfast - Chinese breakfast (porridge, steamed buns, side dishes)
- Dinner: Chinese dishes for 10 people per table (depending on the number of overnight guests that day, meals will be served in a buffet style)
- Accommodation: Comfortable bedding (including quilts, quilts, pillows) is provided in the museum, and the earth is used as a bed in the open exhibition hall space.

During the event, it is a group activity and will be held inside the museum (with access control)
- When staying in polar regions, please prepare warm clothes as the all-weather air conditioner is set at 15-18 degrees.
- Washing: Bring your own personal toiletries (such as toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, slippers), change of clothes and warm clothes, reusable bag water bottle (can be filled with water for drinking during the activity), sunscreen products, personal medicines (no internal medicines are provided in the museum) and health insurance card
- Toilet facilities: Shower-style toilets are provided like ordinary swimming pools (the hotel provides a simple and complete toilet space, equipped with shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, dehydrator and other equipment) - Special instructions for high-speed rail tickets:
- Since high-speed rail ordering requires operation time, the customer service staff will inform you of the exact train time after the train is confirmed. Please wait patiently.

- If canceled due to unnatural reasons, a high-speed rail ticket refund fee of NT$20 per trip will be charged - The itinerary is subject to the Domestic Individual Travel Standardization Contract issued by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of China. When you complete the booking of this itinerary, you agree and accept the provisions of the Domestic Individual Travel Standardization Contract.
- Cancellation of orders requires a cancellation fee, which is subject to the working hours of each supplier. If the order is notified after 17:00 on the same day, it will be deemed as a cancellation notified the next day.
Reminders
A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Physical tickets will be sent by mail 7 days before departure, please be sure to check whether the contents are the same.
On the day of departure, please ensure that your mobile phone and communication software are open to avoid delays in your trip due to inability to connect.
Since the vehicle is a confined space, for the health of you and other passengers, if you have cold, cough or other symptoms, please remember to wear a mask.
Please bring your own cold-proof clothing and rain gear, as well as personal medicines such as motion sickness medicine, cold medicine, mosquito repellent, etc.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 32 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 22 to 31 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 12 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 11 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
