What You Can Expect
1 Day
- Seven Ocean Club - Gathering, Registration, and Gear Donning
- Experience tour explanation (approximately 30 minutes)
- Depart by boat (approximately 10-15 minutes)
- Start walking on the seabed (experience time: about 10-15 minutes)
- Experience the feeling of being surrounded by a school of fish (water depth approximately 3-9 meters).
- Depart for the return trip to the port (approximately 10-15 minutes).
- Arrive at the store, shower, change clothes, and then leave.

Those who violate the following rules on the day of the event will be unable to participate in the event and will not be eligible for a refund.
For safety reasons, the following passengers are not permitted to participate:
- Men weighing over 99 kg
- Women weighing over 75 kg
- Children under 8 years old or 59 years old or older on the day of the event
- Shoulder width less than 25cm
- Individuals with mobility impairments, physical disabilities, or those suffering from mental, circulatory, or respiratory diseases, hypertension, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, or liver diseases.
- Pregnant women, those with hangovers, those who regularly take medication, and those who have consumed alcohol on the day of travel (regardless of whether they have had the above conditions in the past, even if they do not currently need to take medication) are not allowed to participate.
- The passenger's health condition on that day did not meet the store's criteria for participation in the activity.
- Because air pressure issues can trigger decompression sickness, passengers who need to travel by air within 18-24 hours after the activity should be aware of this risk.
- The event was explained only in Japanese and English, and participants were unable to communicate in English/Japanese in real time through listening and speaking.
- This activity requires a minimum of two travelers to make a reservation. If two people register and one participant is ineligible and cancels on the day, resulting in fewer than two participants, neither person will receive a refund.
- If you have any questions or uncertainties, please inquire before making a reservation. If you are notified on the day of the event without prior inquiry, you cannot request a refund or compensation on that basis.

Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Asthma, Pregnant women, Epilepsy
The event may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions. We will contact you via message board as soon as possible if there are any changes.
Passengers under the age of 12 are not allowed to participate in the activities alone and must be accompanied by a parent.
Passengers under the age of 18 who participate in activities alone (without a parent or guardian) must provide a parent's consent form.
A health declaration form will be filled out on the day of the event. We apologize that some travelers may be unable to participate in the event based on the assessment results.
Passengers must ensure they are in good health. If a passenger conceals or makes false statements, or insists on participating in activities despite knowing they are unwell, resulting in any accidents or physical discomfort, the passenger shall bear all related consequences and responsibilities.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
