Even in rainy weather, the fireworks display will proceed as scheduled upon notification from the organizing committee, so this tour will proceed as planned. However, in the event of severe weather (such as typhoons, strong winds and heavy rain), or due to rising river levels, the event may be canceled if there is a risk of the fireworks being displayed.
Unless the organizer officially cancels the fireworks display before departure, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Please note that cancellations may be made by the organizing committee early in the morning, and the tour staff will notify you of any such cancellations on the day of the event.
If the fireworks display is officially canceled at least one day before departure, a full refund will be given. However, if the fireworks display is canceled after departure due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, no refund will be given. Please note that round-trip transportation to the meeting point is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Please note that if the fireworks display is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen bad weather after the tour has begun, the tour fee, including the viewing seat fee, will not be refunded.
This tour is expected to arrive at the meeting point after 11:30 PM, meaning it is a late-night return trip. Return times are for reference only and may be delayed due to traffic congestion and other factors. Please ensure you confirm the last public transportation times. If you miss public transportation, all transportation costs, including taxi fares, and accommodation expenses will be borne by you.
The boarding and alighting locations for this itinerary are fixed. If you board the bus in Osaka, you cannot get off in Kyoto, and if you board the bus in Kyoto, you cannot get off in Osaka.

The transportation, sightseeing, and stay times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. During the tour, early departure or leaving the group midway is not permitted. Infants under three years old can participate for free, but must inform customer service in advance and complete the remarks.
