In the event of cancellation due to bad weather (typhoons or storms), we will first notify you by email.
While there are no specific age restrictions, guided tours are limited to elementary school students and older. Additionally, we may decline participation in free-style tours for children or elderly individuals.
The bus will depart on time. We cannot wait for you even if you contact us in advance. If you do not arrive at the bus stop or meeting place by the scheduled time, neither the bus driver nor the reception staff will contact you.
If a customer's equipment is inadequate, they may be forced to retire from the climb at the discretion of the "mountain guide on the day," "local staff," "mountain hut," or "safety guidance center." In such cases, no refunds will be given.
Individuals with tattoos, regardless of size, are not permitted to enter the bathing facilities. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
In the event that the current schedule may differ due to traffic congestion, natural disasters, etc., we will prioritize decisions based on the law in effect at that time. This may result in significant changes to the schedule. In such cases, please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds or compensation for taxi fares, accommodation expenses, etc.
