Please confirm the meeting time and location in advance before departure, arrive at the meeting place on time, and find the driver or tour guide to report. The bus will depart on time. If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as a voluntary waiver of the booked itinerary, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

The bus seats are one person per seat. We cannot accept advance seat assignment. Due to legal requirements, passengers must fasten their seat belts when the bus is running. Please fasten your seat belts while the bus is in motion and do not walk around. Sorry, you cannot get on or off the bus during the journey.
If the bus is delayed due to a breakdown or traffic jam, and the itinerary or activity has to be changed or cancelled, passengers may not object or withdraw from the trip on any pretext. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to bad weather, strikes or unexpected accidents, passengers may not ask for compensation or reclaim the tour fee on any pretext.
If the tour cannot be carried out due to weather conditions or insufficient number of people, the tour fee will be fully refunded, but the travel expenses, transportation, accommodation facilities, etc. that the passengers should have paid will not be compensated. If the traveler fails to arrive on the day, drops out of the group, or voluntarily gives up the tour due to personal reasons, no refund or compensation will be requested.
If the trip is cancelled or terminated due to special circumstances before departure, such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failure, traffic accidents, war, strikes, riots, government orders, etc., which are not attributable to the travel agency, the full tour fee will be refunded; after departure, the fee will be refunded after deducting the costs incurred. In this case, group members cannot object or ask for compensation for any reason. The losses or increased costs caused by the incident shall be borne by the passengers themselves.
The company, driver, tour leader and tour guide are not responsible for any loss of money or property caused by theft under any circumstances and at any place. Passengers should be responsible for keeping any property and documents by themselves.
This trip is a group activity. If you wish to leave the group during the trip due to personal reasons, please be sure to inform us in the remarks column when making a reservation or contact KKDAY customer service staff for inquiries. On the day of joining the tour, please submit the departure agreement to the tour guide before you can leave the tour.
