- Please come to the exchange counter 40 minutes before departure.
- If the sum of the three sides (length + width + height) of your luggage exceeds 2m (including bicycles in bike bags), a fee of 520 yen will be charged per item. Please pay on the day of your arrival.
- Cars cannot be loaded onto the ferry. If you wish to load a car, please use the car ferry.
- If your reserved flight is canceled, you can cancel for free. Please check the official website for the latest flight information.
- You cannot specify your seat number. Your seat number will be given to you when you exchange your ticket on the day.
- The exterior and interior may differ from the images shown.
- When purchasing both round-trip tickets at Niigata Port, please present both the outbound voucher and the return voucher at the counter.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
