- 4:00 PM Back to downtown hotel - Pick-up and drop-off locations must be a hotel within downtown Vancouver. If you stay at a hotel outside of downtown Vancouver, or any other type of accommodation such as a condominium, a personal house, or a vacation rental (Airbnb etc.) location etc, you are required to come to one of downtown Vancouver hotels by yourself with your own expense. We recommend to come to Hyatt Regency Vancouver Hotel located right across Burrard SkyTrain Station (Expo Line).
- Pick-up and drop-off time would slightly change if multiple groups are participating
- We may ask you to come to another hotel for pick-up if multiple groups applied the tour on the same day, or any safety concern (constructions etc.) is observed.

- For safety reasons, traveller below 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour
- Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time, as participation or refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to traveller who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the itinerary to accommodate weather and on-site conditions. If the tour guide decides an activity is too dangerous or inexecutable, alternative arrangements will be made for safety reasons
- The tour guide will arrange alternative attractions in the event of attraction cancellation due to adverse traffic or weather conditions or force majeure
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide will give traveller the itinerary including activity schedules and hotel pick-up times
- Booking confirmation for this tour may take around 1–2 business days
- Handling fees apply to tour rescheduling and cancellation

A minimum of 2 travellers are required for the tour to depart. If your are a solo traveller and would like to apply for this tour, please purchase for two adults to secure a tour. If other guests join the tour on the same day, we will refund for 1 guest.
It is advisable to purchase travel inconvenience insurance beforehand. Please note that refunds won't be provided if the traveller can't make it to the tour due to delayed or cancelled flight and/or any other travel disruption
