Individuals with heart or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, or liver disease, as well as those who have consumed excessive alcohol the day before or on the day of the event, are not permitted to participate.
If a minor is participating, a consent form signed by a parent or guardian is required.
Children under 12 years old cannot participate alone.

Weather and tour operation:
The tour will proceed even in rainy weather, as long as the waves are not too high.
The boat fare for tour participants is ¥1000 per person. Payment is due in cash on the day of the tour.
If you are unable to board the boat due to unavoidable circumstances such as a malfunction or exceeding the passenger limit, you will proceed to the Blue Grotto on foot using the stairs. In this case, no additional fare will be charged.

Reminders
・Due to the nature of the Blue Cave, entry into the cave may be prohibited due to weather conditions for safety reasons. In this case, the point may be changed (a nearby point may be decided on the day), but such a change is not a reason for a refund.
・In the event of bad weather, the tour may be canceled at short notice. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
・If the waves are too high and the Blue Cave point cannot be used, a change of point may be announced the day before the tour or early in the morning on the day of the tour. Please note in advance.
・Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to join the tour.
Please note that the tour may be canceled due to weather or sea conditions on the day of the tour. In that case, the tour fee will be refunded, but we cannot compensate for travel expenses such as transportation costs.

- On the day of the tour, you are required to bring a mobile ID or a document that verifies your date of birth.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
