If the cable car or pirate ship is closed or the weather is bad, the bus may be changed to Owakudani or canceled and changed to other itineraries. The hotel reserves the right to make temporary changes.

If the number of people in the group does not reach the minimum number of people, the vehicle may be changed to a small car. We appreciate your understanding on this matter

The weather conditions will slightly affect the flower viewing period or maple viewing period. Please note that after the tour is confirmed, the tour will depart regardless of the flower/foliage situation

If the all-you-can-eat yakiniku lunch restaurant is closed due to a special holiday announced by the restaurant, the lunch will be refunded. A refund of 2,000 yen per person will be made. The lunch will be free to eat at the Gotemba famous shopping mall. Children under 3 years old No additional refunds will be made for children.

After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. Only return transportation expenses or local accommodation expenses and other additional expenses must be refunded. It is the responsibility of the passenger.
