If there are children or elders who are inconvenient to experience the chair lift, you can ask the tour guide to arrange a ride on the monorail (no additional charge), but the monorail only runs every 20 minutes, which will affect the experience time, please know.

Children under the age of 7 want to experience the lift chair, and adults can ride the child face out and sit above their knees.

Although the bus can accommodate wheelchairs, the sightseeing boat does not have other barrier-free facilities, so it may not be possible to board the boat (no additional fee will be refunded). Please think twice before purchasing this tour.

After the trip, you can choose not to follow the bus back to the departure point, but please inform in the remarks column in advance; if you make a temporary decision on the spot, please sign the Chinese/English closing letter before leaving the group.

Exit routes of the Kyoto Station are complicated and there are a lot of bus stops near the stations; please arrive at the meeting point earlier to ensure a punctual departure

Driver-guide service: Exquisite small groups of 4–13 participants. Driver + Tour Guide service: Bus groups of 14–45 participants. The actual service arrangement will be adjusted based on the final number of participants on the day of the tour. Please note that the primary duty of a driver-guide is driving, with sightseeing commentary provided as a secondary service.

Please make sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. We recommend arriving at the meeting point in advance to avoid missing the departure time. This is a shared group tour. To ensure the rights of all passengers and the smooth operation of the itinerary, the tour will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it at the last minute. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to a change in the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

Due to the long travel time, the actual arrival time may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen factors. The above schedule is for reference only. Please avoid arranging other activities after the tour on the same day. The company will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays. Thank you for your understanding.

To ensure your safety, staff reserve the right to request guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The actual arrangements will be subject to on-site conditions on the day.

Transportation, sightseeing, and stop durations during the itinerary are subject to actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, etc.), the guide may reasonably adjust the order of the visits based on the actual situation and with guests’ consent, provided that no attractions are omitted from the itinerary.

During group tours, guests are not allowed to leave the tour early or depart midway. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, any uncompleted portion will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. After leaving the group, any incidents or accidents that may occur will be the sole responsibility of the guest. Thank you for your understanding.

Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, crowd levels, and other factors on the day. In the event of the above or any other force majeure circumstances, the guide reserves the right to make on-site adjustments or reduce parts of the itinerary, and such changes cannot be used as grounds for requesting any refund. Due to the long travel distance, traffic congestion may occur. The company will not bear any subsequent costs arising from delays caused by traffic jams.

Seat preferences will be arranged as far as possible; however, as this is a shared group tour, seat allocation is mainly on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requirements, please indicate them in the remarks section and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The final arrangement will be subject to coordination by the tour guide on the day.

Events such as cherry blossoms, autumn foliage, special flower seasons, illumination displays, fireworks festivals, snow sightseeing, hot spring seasons, and seasonal celebrations are greatly affected by weather conditions and other force majeure factors. Therefore, specific arrangements may be subject to change, and official announcements shall prevail. If no official notice of cancellation is received, the tour will proceed as originally planned. In cases where flower viewing periods or special events do not meet expectations, no refunds will be issued. Please kindly be informed.

Reference vehicle types: 5–8 seats: Toyota Alphard or equivalent, 9–14 seats: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, 18–22 seats: mini bus, 22+ seats: large coach bus. The above vehicles are for reference only. The actual vehicle assigned will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of departure.

Infants under 3 years old may join free of charge. However, advance notification to customer service is required and must be noted in the booking remarks. If not informed in advance, boarding may be refused on-site due to vehicle capacity restrictions. No separate seat will be provided, and the infant must be held by a guardian throughout the journey.

This tour is conducted in Chinese, English, or Japanese. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific language service. The actual language used will depend on the arrangements of the day and will be determined by the local supplier.

Please ensure that the services are used on the date specified in your order. If you do not travel on the booked date and attempt to change the date without authorization, the supplier reserves the right to charge 100% of the order amount (full price) on-site or refuse to provide the service.
