- Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for sale or exchange. This applies to the following, including events outside our control; governmental acts, acts of God, riots, strikes, natural disasters, haze or inclement weather (regardless of severity).
- Void if altered, tampered with, or damaged.
- Applicable for admission during regular park operating hours, but not valid during Exclusive Events.
- Regular Park operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
- Hand stamp and ticket are required for same day re-entry into Singapore Oceanarium.
- Please be mindful of your safety and belongings at all times, as we shall not be liable for any damage or loss that you may suffer arising from your use of Singapore Oceanarium, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
- For the safety of all our guests, team members and marine animals, bags are subject to inspection before entry.
- You acknowledge that failure to follow posted guidelines may result in serious injury or expulsion from Singapore Oceanarium.
- Any resale of tickets/vouchers is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by Us and We reserve the right to invalidate tickets/vouchers in connection with any fraudulent/unauthorized resale transaction, without refund or other compensation.
- Tickets/Vouchers only allows for a one (1) - time use only. If it is determined by Us that there are multiple copies/usages of the ticket, usage of the ticket will be denied. In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made based on our electronic record.

[SINGAPORE OCEANARIUM INSIDER EXPERIENCE TICKET – SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS]
1. Singapore Oceanarium Insider Experience (“Programme”) is subject to availability.
2. Except at Resorts World Sentosa sole and absolute discretion, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
3. Insider Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e.rain or shine). In the event of adverse weather conditions, no rain checks or refunds will be provided.
4. Dolphin Exploration is weather permitting and subject to change by Resorts World Sentosa in its sole and absolute discretion. 5. Participants are to be at the Singapore Oceanarium VIP Reception at least 15 minutes before the start of the Insider Experience. Failure to comply may result in missing certain components or not being able to join the tour.
6. Filming and photography are prohibited at all support areas and within Marine Mammal Habitat, as advised by Resorts World Sentosa staff.
7. Children under 4 years old must be capable of walking independently to enter the support areas.
8. All participants are required to complete a release and indemnity form prior to the beginning of the Insider Experience. 9. For the safety of all guests and marine animals, participants will have to adhere to the safety instructions provided by the Resorts World Sentosa staff at all times. Guests who do not comply with the safety instructions may miss certain components of the Insider Experience or may not be able to participate.
10. Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change, amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, in its sole and absolute discretion.
11. General terms and conditions, park rules and regulations of Singapore Oceanarium apply.
12. When more than 1 (one) QR code ticket is purchased, each guest should scan their respective unique QR code at the entrance. 13. Singapore Oceanarium admission ticket is valid for re-entry only on the same date of visit. Please obtain a re-entry handstamp and keep your admission ticket.
14. Tickets and vouchers are non-transferrable, not for sale, or exchange.
15. Non-refundable, even in cases of inclement weather.
16. Void if altered.
17. Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted inside the Singapore Oceanarium.
18. Not valid during special events.

Pier Adventure - Please wear closed-toe or securely fastened shoes such as sport shoes. Slippers, sandals, crocs, or high heels are not allowed as it may not provide the necessary support for this experience.
Pier Adventure is designed for explorers aged 4 years old and above with a minimum height of 110 cm is required to fully appreciate and engage with the experience.

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
