We serve 'Matsunaga Wagyu' which has won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award. Our signature dishes include 'Harami' (skirt steak) and 'Matsunaga Yukhoe'. We recommend enjoying our popular 'Ribeye Roll with Mizuna' with salt. We offer three types of salt: lake salt, sea salt, and rock salt, so please enjoy it to your preference. We also offer a variety of courses with all-you-can-drink options that are sure to satisfy. When grilled over charcoal, far infrared rays cook the proteins on the surface at high temperatures, solidifying them and trapping the juices inside. Furthermore, the heat is transferred to the inside just right, so the outside is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is cooked to a fluffy finish and retains its flavor. Also, as the juices drip off and hit the charcoal, smoke rises, adding to the flavor of smoky smoke.
Each table is equipped with a smokeless roaster, so you can enjoy yakiniku without worrying about the smell getting on your clothes. We also have plenty of private rooms where you can have important conversations without worrying about the people around you. Please spend your precious time tasting high-quality meat and alcohol.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
