- Please note that for safety concerns, those with the following physical conditions may not be able to participate in this tour (Please contact our customer service before making a reservation): those whose BMI is 30 or higher
- Please contact customer service separately if the desired time is not available at the time of reservation.
- Only those with -4 myopia or lower will need a snorkel mask with myopia lenses. Please specify your myopia prescription when making a reservation if needed.

Please be sure to arrive at the designated location before the appointment time. In order to avoid delays in subsequent trips, we will not wait for late customers. If you are late due to personal reasons and cannot participate in the tour, no refund service will be provided.
The pick-up service will be shared with other customers, and the dedicated shuttle will pick up other customers along the way. Please abide by the informed time for the smooth progress of the activity.

If the sea conditions of the original dive site is considered not good enough before departure, it will be replaced by a dive site with better sea conditions according to the instructor's judgment.
