All of our fish are wild caught. We are confident in the freshness of our fish, as we source them directly from all over the country, from Kyushu to Hokkaido. We serve fresh fish purchased that day, boiled or grilled, using cooking methods that bring out the best in the ingredients. Fresh vegetables from Sanrizuka, Chiba Prefecture, are full of flavor, with the umami and sweetness of the season condensed into them. In addition to fresh seasonal fish and vegetables, we also serve horse meat from Kurume, and we look forward to your visit, where we have prepared dishes that are sure to be fresh and delicious.

Conveniently located on the 5th floor of Shin-Maru Building, directly connected to Tokyo Station, our restaurant boasts a tasteful space surrounded by Japanese modern interior design, including balustrades, lattice doors, and antiques. In addition to table seating, our chic and relaxed restaurant also offers fully private rooms perfect for gatherings and dinner parties, as well as counter seating that is perfect for single diners, so please use it according to the occasion. All seats are non-smoking during lunchtime, so it is also recommended for families with children and moms' gatherings.

Delicious fish goes well with delicious sake. We have a wide selection of over 50 types of the finest brands carefully selected from breweries across the country. The "warm" sake, with its gentle aroma and delicious flavor that permeates the body, is adjusted to the optimal temperature for each brand. Sake, whose aroma and flavor change with even the slightest difference, is warmed at the perfect timing by our staff, who will serve it to you.
