- Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free, with no size limit (please inform us in advance when booking. If you do not inform us and the vehicle becomes crowded, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given). For excess luggage, a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece will be charged on-site.
- Children aged 0-2 are free if they do not occupy a seat; children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. If you do not inform us about children not occupying a seat, we have the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given.
- The tour guide will not contact passengers in advance. On the day of the tour, passengers must go to the meeting point independently and report to the guide or staff member wearing a yellow vest or holding a GOGODAY yellow flag. Please cooperate and follow the guide's instructions.
- Reference vehicles: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18-22 seater: Minibus; 22+ seater: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.
- Driver-guide service: 1-13 person small group; Driver + Guide service: 14-45 person bus group. Actual service will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.
