Meals are not included for children under the age of 6

For departures on April 26, 27, and 29, the departure time will be advanced by 60 minutes, with the meeting time at Hakata being 7:15 AM and departure at 7:25 AM.

For departures on May 4, 5, and 6, as well as August 10 and 11, the departure time will be advanced by 90 minutes, with the meeting time at Hakata being 6:45 AM and departure at 6:55 AM.

On other departure days, the meeting time will be 8:15am in Hakata/8:25am departure.

Please note that we cannot cover accommodation, meals, taxi fares, etc. even if the return time differs significantly due to road conditions.

Delays due to transportation delays, etc., and non-participation will also be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.

As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.

If you are participating with two or more people, due to group arrangements, we may not be able to secure seats next to each other.

For customers participating with an odd number of people, seating will be shared. In some cases, you may be seated with members of the opposite gender, so please be aware of this in advance.

The bus may arrive late to the meeting point.

Due to traffic conditions and congestion at the site, return times may be significantly delayed.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing. Please bring rain gear in case of rain.

At Takachiho Gorge, we will guide you on a 30-minute walk from the parking lot to Manai Falls.

The Minamiaso Railway trolley may operate in the opposite direction (departing Takamori ⇒ arriving at Tateno). In that case, the order of the itinerary may be changed.

Please note that lunch time is rather late, starting from 1:30pm onwards.

Congestion on expressways is expected for departures during Golden Week, Obon holidays, and 3-day weekends. Due to this, the return time may be significantly delayed. In addition, we may omit parts of the itinerary or shorten the time spent at tourist spots.
