The guide was fluent in Japanese and Mandarin, took good care of all the tourists, was very friendly, provided excellent explanations, and thoughtfully included time on signs and music during breaks. He also recommended restaurants in Fukuoka. He mentioned he really longed to experience life in Fukuoka. The attractions were all fantastic. Although Mount Aso was closed, it was still well worth going up to Kusanagi Senri to admire the mountain – it was beautiful. I recommend taking a golf cart up the mountain at your own expense while in Kusanagi Senri; the scenery is different once the fog clears. Also, our guide, Shanshan, provided interesting and detailed explanations, which added a wonderful touch to the trip. My family was very satisfied with the trip. Thank you!

The canyon is beautiful, but sliding through it takes a little practice 😂 The Wagyu beef meal was also quite delicious.

It's more convenient to hire a car when traveling with a 1-year-old child. You can discuss the itinerary with the driver directly. This time, we went to Takachiho, visited Takachiho Gorge, took the little train, and visited Takachiho Shrine. The itinerary was very flexible, and we could decide how long to stay at each attraction. The driver, Xiao Tan, provided service, and the mountain roads were very smooth and comfortable.

This was my first time hiring a car in Fukuoka. The itinerary for the day was to visit Mount Aso to see the beautiful scenery, but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and it rained heavily. The driver was very considerate and explained to us that the fog on the mountain was very thick and we might not be able to see the scenery we wanted. After carefully asking whether we wanted to shop, enjoy the scenery, or just have a quick look around, he provided us with the best itinerary. Since we were traveling with elderly people, the driver was very accommodating and made us get off at several points, ensuring that the elderly people were safely taken back to their hotel. It was a wonderful experience!

The itinerary was very fulfilling and fun. Tickets for the miniature train and boat rides were extremely difficult to obtain; if you purchase this tour package, be sure to add the Takachiho boat ride to the itinerary, as it includes round-trip transportation and may even be cheaper than arranging it yourself. You even had the sense to immediately switch to Japanese whenever we looked like newborn calves with confused expressions while you were diligently explaining in Chinese. We wanted to visit Takachiho but didn't have a car, and since there weren't many options for Korean-guided tours, we deliberated before signing up. Although the guide couldn't speak Korean, I live in Japan so we could communicate in Japanese, and thanks to that, the guide gave us a lot of explanations in Japanese as well. Also, the weather that day felt like a whopping 38 degrees Celsius... Kumamoto's summer is no joke. Despite that, you guided us with such passion until the very end, without showing a single sign of fatigue. (It's just a shame I couldn't understand everything.) It was impressive to see you explaining things with a smile despite the hot weather. It was a bit lamentable that I was the only one who couldn't laugh along with everyone else because I don't know a word of Chinese. In particular, watching everyone happily participate and answer the quiz together made me think, "Ah... this is the time I really need to study Chinese." This tour actually gave me the motivation to learn. Overall, I was very satisfied with the tour itself, but compared to other tours, there is a bit more walking and less free time. Nevertheless, there was plenty of time to take photos, and it was fun. If you are traveling with your parents, I recommend choosing a tour with a slightly more relaxed schedule. The meeting point was inside Kumamoto Station; you simply stand in line among the Chinese participants, give your name, and board the vehicle to start the tour immediately. I highly recommend it!
