Murodo only offers tours of Yuki-no-Otani. The walking trails around Murododaira (towards Mikurigaike) involve walking on snow, and for safety reasons, depending on the amount of remaining snow, we do not allow free walking around Murododaira (to prevent accidents).
The "Snow Otani Walk" may be canceled due to weather conditions such as snowfall, thick fog, or strong winds, or other unavoidable local reasons.

The round-trip train arrival and departure times are based on the timetable at the time the recruitment advertisement was created, and there may be a difference of about 5 to 10 minutes due to the railway company's annual timetable revision in mid-March.
Due to congestion, seat arrangements, and the use of group tickets, we cannot accommodate requests for specific train departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Seats on the Shinkansen will be non-smoking, but even if two or more people apply, the seats may not be next to each other.
The travel fee for children (elementary school students) is 3,000 yen off the adult fare. The travel fee for children aged 3 to 6 (preschoolers) is 10,000 yen. For safety reasons, bus seats will be provided for the duration of the trip, and an additional fee will be charged. Please note that train seats and meals will not be provided during the trip. If you would like train seats, meals, bedding, etc., these will be provided at the child rate.
As the Alpine Route is expected to be very crowded immediately after it opens, the departure time from the accommodation may be around 6:00. (If the departure time is earlier, breakfast may be a boxed lunch.)
Due to unexpected traffic congestion and crowded tourist spots, we may be forced to cut sightseeing spots, shorten sightseeing time, and experience delays in arriving at accommodations.
Since this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
For domestic trips departing on or after May 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in price will be charged at the actual cost.
