Customer service will confirm your itinerary with you no later than 21:00 (local time) the day before departure. Please note that if you have not been contacted by then, please contact customer service.

This is a fixed-route shared tour. All guests participating in this tour must adhere to the designated stop times at each attraction and follow the driver's instructions. If you are late due to personal reasons, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point to rejoin the tour (transportation costs are your own responsibility). No refunds will be given for non-participation or cancellation of the tour; please be aware of this.

Natural scenery is subject to change due to weather conditions on the day of your visit, which is considered a force majeure event. If you are unable to enjoy the scenery as scheduled, no refund will be issued. Please be aware of this policy.

If you leave the group midway through the trip, it will be considered as an automatic waiver of subsequent services, and no refund will be given for any unused portion. You are solely responsible for your personal safety and the safekeeping of your belongings after leaving the group. Thank you for your understanding.

If the tour cannot be organized due to force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather or emergencies, all fees will be refunded and no penalty will be imposed.

The moss phlox is not a cherry blossom, but a type of phlox. The blooming date is affected by local weather, and we cannot guarantee the most beautiful scenery. Please check the local weather and blooming status before placing your order. We cannot accept refunds/compensation requests due to poor blooming or weather conditions such as rain. Due to limited space inside the vehicle, each passenger may only bring one piece of carry-on luggage. If you need to store your luggage, please indicate this in the remarks when booking.

Elderly people, those with cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure and heart disease, and pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this trip.

This tour does not accept bookings from travelers under the age of 18 traveling alone. If you wish to book, please have your guardian book the tour with you.
