The tour leader and guide were very attentive, explaining all the local customs and traditions. Mount Fuji was shrouded in clouds for most of the day. Fortunately, in Oshino Hakkai, the tour leader informed us that the mountain had reappeared, allowing us to quickly take a picture. Soon after, it disappeared back into the clouds.

Our tour guide, AOI, was humorous and witty, as well as very professional and attentive. Although we only saw a small part of Mount Fuji, the journey was very interesting. We also encountered many creatures at Lake Yamanaka and were able to interact with them, making it a very meaningful trip!

Special thanks to our tour guide, Cui Longwen, for making the day's itinerary. Our family of six was extremely satisfied. Thank you, Tour Guide Cui, for your meticulous planning and thorough preparation of the sightseeing information. You even provided suggestions and routes for visiting the attractions. The lunch you recommended was truly authentic, with many locals dining there at very reasonable prices – excellent value for money! Most importantly, it was incredibly delicious, and my family and I unanimously agreed it was one of the best meals of our entire Tokyo trip. Tour Guide Cui also kept a close eye on everyone throughout the day, helping us find suitable photo spots and taking pictures for us. Thank you so much, Tour Guide Cui! The day trip was very enriching, with private transportation, which saved us a lot of trouble. It's perfect for traveling with elders and the whole family. I highly recommend it! We were also very lucky that day to see the stunning Mount Fuji. A perfect Tokyo trip with elders! 💕 Everyone was very happy and satisfied. Aside from the unstable weather and rain that day, there was one last-minute change to the itinerary. The overall itinerary was very smooth, and the tour leader was very professional, providing a lot of travel information. I highly recommend it!

Overall, the day trip to Mount Fuji was a great experience! Although it was a pity the weather wasn't good that day and we didn't see Mount Fuji, that was entirely due to the weather. I'm still very grateful to our guide, Yaya, for her dedication and responsibility throughout the trip. She not only provided very detailed explanations of each attraction but also constantly monitored the weather and even checked live video feeds on YouTube to see if there was a chance to see Mount Fuji – she was incredibly thoughtful! 👍 Also, the ice cream she recommended was delicious, a pleasant surprise on the trip! Throughout the day, she was very friendly and answered everyone's questions carefully, making the whole trip very relaxing and reassuring. Although it was a bit of a shame we didn't see Mount Fuji this time, her dedication made it a very enjoyable experience. I definitely want to come back again next time, and I hope I can see Mount Fuji next time! 🗻

We departed Shinjuku at 8 AM and returned at 6 PM, encountering a slight traffic jam on the Friday return trip. The itinerary included the cable car fare; the pirate ship was at our own expense. We visited Hakone Shrine and took photos of the torii gates in the lake (there were long queues, 3 minutes per person; if time is limited, skip this step). The pirate ship view was fantastic, with beautiful reflections in the lake. The cable car took us to Owakudani to see sulfurous gas eruptions (comparable to Yangmingshan in Taiwan, but Owakudani is fenced off and viewed from a distance), and we ate black eggs (at our own expense). Lunch was at our own expense, featuring Wagyu beef, eel, fried chicken, etc., served at a restaurant combined with a specialty shop (the specialty products were slightly more expensive than in city stores, but there were some discounts, so it was acceptable). We collected "Shinryūsui" (a type of water) at Oshino Hakkai and ate "Kusa Mochi" (baked glutinous rice wrapped with mugwort and red beans). Finally, we went to Lake Yamanaka to see the swans. Although it was a rainy day, we even saw Mount Fuji occasionally appear – good luck!
