2. When choosing the time for the photo shoot, please be sure to choose 2 hours after the time you arrive at the store to wear the kimono.
For example: If you arrive at the kimono shop at 9:00 am to wear a kimono, the follow-up time should be 11:00 am. If you arrive at the kimono shop at 1:00 pm to wear a kimono, the follow-up time should be 3:00 pm

  • To change the shooting date, notify customer service at least 48 hours in advance. Changes cannot be made within 48 hours.

  • The shoot begins when the photographer meets you and takes the first photo. Moving, makeup, and outfit changes are all included in the shooting time.

  • Original photos will be delivered within 1-3 days, and retouched photos within 1-3 weeks, longer during peak tourist season.

  • Download photos within 1 month of delivery. We are not responsible for expired download links.

  • By default, our store may use your portrait for legitimate publicity purposes after the photo shoot. If you prefer to opt out, please contact customer service to make a note.
