  • Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

  • Due to traffic conditions, festival procession schedules, or unforeseen circumstances, the order of sightseeing, duration of visits at each destination, or arrival times may be adjusted or shortened.

  • Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).

  • In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

  • Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations.

  • Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.

  • Please note that the use of umbrellas is prohibited at the Gion Matsuri. In case of rain, we will provide you with a raincoat.

  • Gion Festival viewing in the guided tour is 60 minutes. The tour ends on-site, but you are welcome to stay and watch at your own leisure.

  • The program is subject to change or cancellation due to natural disasters or social conditions.

  • Specific seats within the reserved viewing area cannot be selected. Seat assignments are automatic.

  • Equipment Use Policy

  • We provide earphone guides for your convenience during the tour.

  • Please handle them with care and return them after use.

  • In case of loss or damage, participants may be required to cover a replacement fee of up to 18,000 yen.

  • Note: These guidelines are provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
