Please note that you may arrive at the hotel late at night (12:00am-1:00am) after the fireworks due to traffic congestion.
If the fireworks display is canceled before the tour departs due to inclement weather such as a typhoon or a request from the national or local government, the tour will be canceled and the travel fee will be refunded. Depending on the situation, we may inform you of the cancellation at the meeting point, but in that case, transportation expenses etc. cannot be refunded. If the fireworks display is canceled after the tour departs, we will change the itinerary and guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot. Please note that there will be no refunds for paid viewing seats as they will be purchased in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
Please refrain from bringing in camera tripods or other items that may interfere with viewing. Also, in case of rain, please use a raincoat instead of an umbrella.
It will take 30 to 50 minutes to walk from the bus parking lot to the paid viewing area. After the fireworks display, it is expected that there will be delays in departures from the venue and bus parking lots due to traffic restrictions and congestion.
We plan to arrive at the venue early (around 4:00pm), so you may have to wait under the blazing sun. There is no roof as it is outdoors. We recommend that you bring a hat or other sun protection items.
