- The driver will wait for 30 minutes from your designated time at the airport's designated pickup area. If you need to extend the waiting time, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you with an additional fee.
The waiting time extension fee (30 minutes / cost varies depending on the pickup time) must be paid directly to the driver on the day. (Please note that extension requests on the day may not be accommodated.)

Please note that if you do not show up after the waiting time has passed without prior notice, and the driver is unable to contact you, your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

The driver will wait at the hotel pickup area or a nearby accessible stopping point at your designated time. Generally, for international flights, you should arrive at the airport 2-3 hours before your departure time. Please allow yourself plenty of time.

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Extended waiting time charges will be calculated in 30 minute increments.
If an unforeseen circumstance such as a flight cancellation occurs, please be sure to contact customer service in advance.
If you cancel without notice or if we are unable to contact you, your reservation will be cancelled. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.
When making a reservation, please enter your flight number and arrival time accurately. Please also take into consideration the time it takes to go through immigration and pick up your luggage when entering your desired airport pick-up time. If the driver determines that your desired pick-up time is not realistic, we will ask you to reschedule or cancel the trip. Thank you for your understanding.
When booking, please accurately enter the quantity of all luggage in the comments section. If, based on professional judgment, the amount of luggage or number of people cannot be transported, we will consult with you about changing the vehicle or canceling the reservation. Please note that if the quantity at the site does not match the quantity entered at the time of booking and cannot be transported on site, the driver has the right to refuse transportation and no refund will be given.
Only the first child car seat is free of charge. If you require more than one car seat, please write the required number in the comments section when booking and pay the driver on site.
For airport departure plans, the driver will arrive at the airport at the time specified by the customer and will wait for up to 60 minutes free of charge. Please note that if the customer arrives earlier than the specified time, the driver may have to wait until the driver arrives.
For airport arrival plans, we will arrive at the specified location at the specified time and wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge. If you do not show up or cannot be contacted, it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be given. Please note that if you suddenly request an extension of the waiting time on the day, we cannot guarantee that the extension will be granted.
