The buses departing from and arriving at Ueno/Shinjuku are different from those departing from and arriving at Tokyo. If you board from Tokyo, you cannot get off at Ueno or Shinjuku.
Children and infants will be charged the same rate and conditions as adults. Please make a reservation at the child rate.
The departure time on the second day may be an early morning departure (6:00-8:30) depending on the reservation status and congestion of the Alpine Route, and breakfast may be a bento. Breakfast will be eaten before departure. Also, the return time may vary depending on the reservation time and congestion. The tour conductor will inform you of the departure time from the accommodation on the day.
Please wear comfortable clothing as you will be changing vehicles on the Alpine Route. You will need to carry your own baggage during the walk, so please pack it small in a backpack or similar. On the second day, you will transfer to a local bus from the hotel to Tateyama Station. When you leave the hotel, pack up your large luggage and leave it at the hotel front desk. The main tour bus driver will load your large luggage and come to pick you up at the station you have passed through (Tateyama Station or Ogizawa Station).
Bad weather may result in partial or complete suspension of service. In such cases, we will refund the unused fare depending on the situation, but please note that this will not apply if the cost has been covered by alternative means.
The Snow Otani Walk may be canceled due to weather conditions. In that case, no refunds will be given.
The snow scenery may not be visible depending on the weather.
The order of the tour may change depending on the facility reservation situation.
Lunch is not included on the first and second days. Please eat lunch at any of the stops along the way.
The temperature on the alpine route is 10 to 15 degrees Celsius lower than on the plains. Please dress warmly.
If you are traveling alone or in an odd-numbered group, you will generally be assigned to shared seats on the bus. Please note that we may ask you to share a seat with a man and a woman.
