[Notes on participating in the course]
・Reservations are only available for the date and time you have booked. We cannot accept changes to the time or date for your own convenience. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after making one, please do so yourself and follow the cancellation policy.
・Regarding meeting time: The reserved time is the tour start time. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time and complete the reception so that you can get changed and ready.
Please note that if you arrive after the start time, you will not be able to join the tour as there will be other customers. In addition, please note that the tour fee will not be refunded in such cases.
Parking lots are expected to be crowded on summer weekends, holidays, and during long weekends. Please allow yourself plenty of time.
・The following people cannot participate:
Pregnant women, those who weigh over 100kg, those who have difficulty wearing equipment, those who have been prohibited or restricted from exercising by a doctor, those who are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication, those with a chronic illness or medical history (you may participate if you have permission from a doctor with a medical certificate. Please be sure to bring your medical certificate), those who fit any of the categories listed on the medical questionnaire on the day, those who are feeling unwell, those who have been drinking, those with a hangover, and those who are unable to follow the instructions of staff.
Please note that no refunds will be given if you are unable to participate due to the above reasons.
・Minors will need a parental consent form to participate.

Depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day, swimming may be prohibited near the cave. In that case, the tour will be changed to a safer location. By making a reservation, you agree to the above. Cancellations due to a change in the location will be considered same-day cancellations and no refunds will be given.
[Regarding tour cancellations]
The tour will be canceled if the Okinawa Meteorological Observatory issues a high wave warning. Please note that the tour may also be canceled if the ocean conditions on the day are deemed dangerous. In such cases, the tour fee will be refunded, but transportation costs, parking fees, etc. will not be reimbursed.

Parking: 180 spaces. Large Buses: Not accepted.
[By Other Methods]
By Bus
Take buses 20 and 120 and get off at Kuranami bus stop. Transfer to bus 48 and get off at Maeda bus stop. 15 minutes walk.
*The Cape Maeda parking lot may be crowded on summer weekends and during long holidays. Please allow ample time for your tour. Failure to check in on time will be considered a same-day cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged. Late arrivals will not be accepted as they will affect the next group of guests. Time and date changes are also not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
