In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The specific itinerary will be subject to traffic conditions on the day, and the attractions, tour order and time may be changed
Please note that the cherry blossom opening date is influenced by local weather, and the optimal viewing experience cannot be guaranteed. Check local weather and blooming conditions before booking, as refunds or compensation requests due to poor blooming or weather conditions cannot be accommodated
Please do not eat or drink in the car. If stains are caused in the car, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards
Please make sure that the phone number or app contact information provided can reach you during your trip to Japan. Refunds or compensation will not be possible due to inability to contact or lateness
The itinerary will be adjusted according to the number of participants. Upon departure, both the driver and tour leader will be available for assistance. The driver will remain in the car and will not accompany or provide explanations
Please arrive at the designated location at the specified time. This itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway. If you are unable to participate in the one-day tour for personal reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses
No refund will be given if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons
