If you do not leave your personal clothes after wearing the kimono in the store, there is no need to pay for the transfer. If you want to leave them in the store, you need to negotiate with the store staff about the time of transfer to the return store. During the peak season, we may not be able to provide you with the transfer service. The transfer fee is 1,100 yen per person, and a deposit of 10,000 yen per person is required, which will be refunded at the store where you return the clothes.

The earliest reservation time is 9:00 and the return time is 18:00. Please be sure to return the kimono before the end of business. It is recommended to prepare early to avoid congestion. If you return it late, you will be charged a late fee.
You can store your luggage for free if you rent and return luggage within the same store. If you need to return luggage across stores (between the Gion main store and the Kiyomizu-dera store), you need to confirm with the store staff on site. When returning across stores, you need to take your own clothes and luggage with you, as the store staff are not responsible for transportation.
The latest time to put on kimono is 16:00, so please be sure to arrive before this time.
