Adding a second pick-up location to one pick-up location will incur additional charges. The charges will be based on the following fare increases. For example, in Taipei city, an additional TWD 300 will be charged for each location.
Explanation of additional fares in non-boarding service areas:
If the pick-up or drop-off location is in a non-service area, a single surcharge will be charged; if the pick-up or drop-off location is in a non-service area, a round-trip surcharge will be charged (for example: the pick-up location is in Taipei City and the drop-off location is in Banqiao , only an additional fee of TWD 500 for a single trip will be charged; the pick-up and drop-off points are all in Banqiao, and an additional fee of TWD 1,000 for a round trip will be charged)

- Cancellations 30 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 20 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 19 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
