In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
It is recommended to wear a mask when taking the bus. If you have a fever of 37.5°C or above or if you are feeling unwell, please consider refraining from joining the tour. Thank you for your understanding
The sightseeing bus is a group tour, so please be sure to abide by the meeting time at each meeting point to avoid delaying other passengers' itineraries
After the tour concludes, you have the option not to return with the bus to the departure location. However, please inform us in advance in the remarks section. If you decide on the spot, please sign the consent form in Chinese/English before leaving the group
There are no restrooms on the bus, but once we arrive at each destination, our staff will guide you to the restroom facilities. Please don't worry about this aspect of the trip
If you wish to change the departure date within 7 days before the scheduled date after a successful booking, please contact KKday customer service (Please understand that there may be situations where changes cannot be accommodated.)
Please wear light clothing and comfortable shoes for the tour. Please take personal valuables into your own care and keep them secure. We are not liable for any loss of personal valuables during the trip
In the case of a smaller group, a VIP car with a driver-guide will be used for transportation. Please be aware that this product is a shared service, and you may be traveling with other passengers. The vehicle will not make stops at locations other than the designated tourist spots
Please note that depending on the traffic conditions on the day of the tour, the ending time may be affected by delays or other unforeseen circumstances. For travelers who have flights scheduled on the same day, it is not recommended to arrange for this tour as any delays could potentially impact your ability to catch your flight. In such cases, we cannot assume any responsibility

During the maple viewing season, the quality of the foliage can be influenced by temperature fluctuations. This itinerary has been prepared based on historical information from previous years in Kyushu. However, during the tour, there is a chance you may be unable to enjoy the desired level of autumn foliage due to inclement weather changes. Thank you for your understanding
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
