Opening hours: Open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Last admission is at 5:00 pm.
The time frame specified at Public Onsen applies to the entrance time and does not limit the time when guests use the service. There are 3 main time frames:
- Morning time frame: 9:00 am–1:00 pm (combo with main meal buffet)
- Afternoon time frame: 2:00 pm–9:00 pm (combo with main meal buffet)
- Evening time frame: 6:00 pm–9:00 pm (No buffet)
2. Ticket policy
- The public onsen is available for adults and children who are 12 years old or older, or at least 1.2 meters tall.
- Children who are 12 years old or older (or at least 1.2 meters tall) will be charged at the adult rate.
- Children under 12 years old or shorter than 1.2 meters are not permitted to enter the Public Onsen. However, they can still enjoy the Kids Club.
